Buzz Chat Child Safety Standards

This policy applies to the mobile application "Buzz Chat", developed and published by Sujit Chanda on Google Play.

Buzz Chat has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or interaction involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Buzz Chat complies with global child safety standards and may report violations to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other applicable law enforcement agencies.

8. User Accountability

Anonymity does not eliminate responsibility. Users engaging in prohibited activities will face strict enforcement actions, including permanent bans and possible legal reporting.
